Refund policy

Customers can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, according to the following terms:

• Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not match the approved specifications.

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have a verified defect or mismatch.

• If damage or an issue is found upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 24 hours to schedule repair or replacement.

• Sale items or discounted orders are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method; Design Steel is not responsible for any bank fees.
